Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak periods, promotional events or holidays, processing times may take up to 5 business days.

Estimated delivery time within Malaysia is approximately 1–5 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER OR SHIPPING ADDRESS?

We kindly encourage customers to double-check all order details before completing their purchase. However, we understand that mistakes can happen.

As orders are processed quickly, please contact us at operations@annur-official.com as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order or shipping address. We will do our best to assist you, although changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Please note that we are unable to make any changes once the parcel has been shipped from our fulfilment centre.

At the moment, international shipping is available upon request.
